Metacut FD

The high performance potential of Metacut FD allows difficult materials to be machined. It is primarily used in deep hole boring and drilling of difficult to machine steels and alloys although other demanding machining techniques may be employed where a high performance fluid of its type are required. The low viscosity and complex additive package of Metacut FD ensures excellent oil penetration, swarf flushing and cooling and also keeps oil losses through drag out to a minimum.
