Can I collect my order?
If you are local to our premises on Atlas Way, Sheffield, you may wish to collect your order from our Trade Counter between 8.30am – 5.00pm.
Once you have placed your order and if the product is in stock, your order can be ready for collection quite quickly. If products need to be blended then collection times can be longer. We can discuss this with you when you call us.
What are your opening times?
Our office, trade counter and warehouse are open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.
What do I need to bring to collect my order (order number, etc.)?
When you come to collect your order from our Trade Counter, we will ask you for your order number, so please have this with you.
How long after I place an order will it be ready for collection?
