Industrial Process Cleaners for Aqueous Parts Washing

Machined parts need to come out of the wash clean, dry and ready for the next step. They shouldn’t carry oil, grease, swarf residue or stains into inspection, assembly or coating. Our D2 PRO Microclean range is a family of aqueous process cleaners and degreasers made for that job. They’re built for tunnel, rotary, ultrasonic and soak-tank systems in busy UK machine shops.

Every product in the range is low or ultra-low foaming, runs well at high volumes and temperatures, and includes corrosion inhibitors. Those inhibitors protect parts for a short time between operations. We have options for aluminium, copper and brass that stain easily, for cast iron that flash-rusts, and for heavy grease where you want to avoid solvents.
