It’s hard to keep an eye on your processes when your CNC machine window is covered in coolant mist, oil and swarf. Operators end up opening doors or stopping cycles just to check on parts, which wastes time and adds risk. Insight KB Clear Screens are a CNC window film in the form of adhesive disks that stick to the inside of the machine window and make the coolant bead and run off, so you get a clear view of the machining process while the door stays shut.

The disks come in 200mm, 300mm and 400mm diameters and fit most polycarbonate and acrylic CNC machine windows, including curved panes. They’re quick to fit with no specialist tools, and each kit includes a microfibre cloth, a squeegee and step-by-step instructions.
