Bioguard CCF FAQ's
Bioguard CCF is a hazardous substance and must be handled with care. Always read the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use, wear appropriate PPE, and follow all handling instructions. Only trained personnel should apply the product.
Add Bioguard CCF at a rate of 0.15–0.3% of sump volume. One addition typically raises pH by ~0.3, and multiple additions may be needed to reach the desired level. Allow at least one hour between additions for full circulation.
Bioguard CCF is designed for water-soluble metalworking fluids. It may not be suitable for all fluid types, so always check compatibility with your coolant system and consult trained personnel before use.
