Neat Cutting Oils for CNC and Precision Machining

Neat cutting oils are used straight, without mixing with water. They give strong lubrication right at the cutting edge, which is why machinists choose them for demanding jobs where tool life and surface finish matter most. Our Metacut, Metagrind and Micron range covers turning, milling, grinding, honing, thread rolling and deep hole boring, on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

The range includes low-viscosity oils for sliding head lathes and grinding, extreme pressure oils for heavy-duty cutting and multipurpose oils for ‘lights out’ production. Many grades are chlorine-free, and some are low odour.
