On Saturday 5th July, five brave members of Team Pennine are swapping their work gear for headbands, obstacles & a lot of dirt, as they gear up to take on the 5K Tough Mudder Challenge! This isn’t just about fun, it’s all in support of two incredible local charities: Paces Sheffield & Cash for Kids South Yorkshire & North Derbyshire – Holiday Hunger Campaign.

- Liam – Pennine’s newest team member, who is now wondering what he’s signed up for!
- Dale – the one who’ll turn the challenge into a competition
- Jess – focused, determined … & possibly planning how to carry the rest of the team to the finish line
- Will – who will no doubt turn every obstacle into a photo opportunity!
Why They’re Doing It:
Paces Sheffield Paces is a specialist centre for children & adults with cerebral palsy & other motor disorders. They provide life-changing support through conductive education, a unique approach that blends education & therapy. Every pound raised helps them continue empowering individuals to lead more independent lives. What’s a Tough Mudder 5K?
Think: teamwork, 13 world-famous obstacles & plenty of mud! It’s not a race, it’s a challenge. The team will be hauling each other over walls, crawling under barbed wire & navigating electric shocks! This year’s challenge is all about pushing boundaries & embracing the true Team Pennine Spirit!
