Yes, Bioflush MSC Plus is designed to be effective during normal machine operation, so you can clean your coolant system without stopping production.
Add 2–3% by volume to your existing coolant 48 hours before a full coolant change. For heavily contaminated sumps, use 1% in water for a short circulation clean.
No, the product works in the existing coolant for up to 48 hours. After treatment, you should drain and clean the sump before refilling with new coolant.
