Rustguard Corrosion Preventatives

Rustguards are a range of solvent deposited soft film rust preventatives. The four grades in the range are Rustguard 10, 20, 30, 40, all four of the grades have dewatering properties to displace water on contact.

After application, the solvent carrier evaporates leaving a protective coating deposited on the surfaces to be protected. This protective coating varies in thickness depending on the grade used, the temperature of the component to be protected and the drying rate.
