What does the Ultimate Service Include?
The PROCARE Ultimate service plan includes all the elements of the Alliance service plan, but also the added benefit of follow up service call from our Technical Service Engineer to undertake any remedial actions and system treatments. We also supply you with monitoring equipment, including hand refractometers and pH testing kits to assist with in-house testing.

With scheduled visits from a PROCARE Service Engineer, your coolant is routinely checked for pH and dilution, with results recorded and clearly reported in our webapp, PROCARE Fluid Cloud.
Where action is required, our engineers will discuss the findings with your team and provide you with practical advice to help keep your metalworking fluids within the recommended operating parameters.
- Pre-agreed service frequency: Visits are scheduled around how your site runs, so monitoring fits in with production
- Monitoring reports emailed to nominated personnel: Results are recorded in PROCARE Fluid Cloud and emailed to the people who need them, giving your team a clear visual of coolant condition over time
- pH, dilution & tramp oil testing: Routine checks help monitor coolant condition and identify changes that could affect fluid performance
- Dipslide testing: Microbiological testing provides additional insight into the condition of your fluids and helps identify the presence of bacteria, yeast or fungus
- Follow up visit for remedial actions & system treatments: Where action is needed, our engineers return to carry out the work and apply system treatments
- Remedial actions reported: Anything requiring attention is recorded and reported, giving you a clear history of what was found and what was done about it
- Automatic mixer calibration: Automated mixers are checked and recalibrated to ensure coolant is prepared at the recommended dilution
- Supply of Coolant Information Board: A dedicated information board provides important guidance and information to support effective coolant management on site
- MWF best practice training & certification: Training helps ensure relevant personnel understand the principles of good metalworking fluid management and their responsibilities
- Chemical storage cabinet: Safe storage provision for system treatment chemicals helps support good chemical handling and workplace practices
- Supply of hand refractometers & pH testing kits: Your team has the equipment to carry out routine checks between visits, supporting day-to-day monitoring alongside our scheduled testing
