With scheduled visits from a PROCARE Service Engineer, your coolant is routinely checked for pH and dilution, with results recorded and clearly reported in our webapp, PROCARE Fluid Cloud.
Where action is required, our engineers will discuss the findings with your team and provide you with practical advice to help keep your fluids within the recommended operating parameters.
- Regular site visits – A PROCARE Service Engineer visits your site at an agreed frequency to monitor your metalworking fluids
- pH & dilution testing – Routine testing helps identify changes in coolant condition and concentration before they become a problem
- Clear, recorded results in Fluid Cloud – Giving you a clear history of your coolant condition and helping you identify potential issues
- Practical technical support – Where remedial action is required, our engineer will discuss the findings with relevant personnel and advise you on the appropriate next steps.
- Automatic mixer calibration – Automated mixers are checked and recalibrated to ensure coolant is prepared at the recommended dilution rate
