What is PROCARE Self-Serv?
PROCARE Self-Serv is a hassle-free method for testing metalworking fluids, it gives you accurate information on the condition of your coolant and assists users to comply with HSE MW05 guidance.
It is easy to implement routine monthly testing with the supplied Coolant Testing Kit. Simply take a sample of coolant from each machine, clearly label, then post them to our lab.
Our technician will then test each sample for bacteria, yeasts and moulds. They will then report back to you via PROCARE Fluid Cloud on the condition of your coolant. Any remedial actions needed are detailed, so you can then action them on site.
